Hernandez’ Associate Arrested!
Police in Miramar, Fla. confirmed Friday that 41-year-old Ernest Wallace turned himself in to authorities.
On Thursday night, police had released a wanted poster for Wallace and asked the public’s help in locating him.
The car he was last seen driving was reportedly discovered in Connecticut a short time later.
Wallace is expected to be charged for accessory after murder in the June 17 death of Lloyd in North Attleborough, Mass.
The 23-year-old Hernandez, who was released from the New England Patriots following his arrest in the case on Wednesday, is charged with first-degree murder and is being held without bail.
Lloyd’s body was found in an industrial park less than a mile from Hernandez’s home in North Attleborough.
In court Wednesday, a prosecutor recounted the events of June 17, saying Hernandez and two other men picked up Lloyd in Dorchester, Mass. before he was shot.
Carlos Ortiz, 27, of Bristol, Conn., has also been arrested in the case and is charged as a fugitive from justice in Connecticut.
He appeared in court in Bristol on Friday and a judge ordered he be turned over to authorities in Massachusetts.
T-Pain Says Kanye Is Uncouth!
What do you get the guy who already has everything? “Buy U a Drank” rapper T-Pain is still stumped over what to get pal Kanye West‘s newborn daughter North West as a baby gift because, as he tells Us Weekly, West is “not couth.”
“Kanye is much richer than me so I’m not even going to try [getting him and Kim Kardashian a gift],” he told Us at the premiere of The Kevin Hart Experience in Los Angeles on Thursday, June 27.
“Kanye has no couth when it comes to things like that, so when you bring him something, he’d be like, ‘What the f–k is this?’”

About five weeks ahead of schedule, West, 36, and Kardashian, 32, welcomed their first child together on Saturday, June 15, and according to T-Pain, the outspoken Yeezus rapper will be a “great” father.

Al Sharpton Book Deal w/ YMCMB
The Reverend Al Sharpton and Cash Money agree to a book deal for Sharpton’s “The Rejected Stone.”
Many were shocked when Birdman signed singer Paris Hilton to a recording deal. Don’t look now, but one may be even more surprised about the move Cash Money just made.
Music isn’t the only aspect of the YMCMB empire, the major record label has now agreed to a book deal with civil rights activist and television host Reverend Al Sharpton.
Sharpton told The Associated Press on Thursday that the book, titled The Reject Stone, would include his thoughts on Lil Wayne and other rappers and that he was anxious to have a positive dialogue.
Ironically, Wayne and Sharpton have had disagreements over the years including one over the use of the b-word and n-word in the rap lyrics. Weezy would later refer to Rev. Sharpton as Don King with a perm.
The Reject Stone is due out on October 8 and will track Sharpton’s progress from “personal evolution” to New York street activist to political candidate, civil rights spokesman and television host.
2 Chainz Claps Back at Robbers for Posting Info on Instagram
Earlier this week a driver's license and credit card belonging to Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz showed up on Instagram, which many believed proved he was robbed in San Francisco. However, 2 Chainz is still denying that he was robbed, and took to Twitter to voice his truth on the situation.
"How u glorifying a nigga. Who took a wallet, im from the streets , that ain't robbing that's 'pick pocketing.'"
Daughter Of Zimmerman's Defense Lawyer Posts Inappropriate Pic
The Trayvon Martin murder case is serious business, but in a strange Instagram post by the daughter of defense attorney Don West, it seems the family isn't taking it as seriously as one would hope.
Molly West posted a picture of her and her father eating ice cream cones with the caption, "We beat stupidity celebration cones #Zimmerman #defense #dadkilledit."
In such a tense, grueling trial, ice cream cone celebrations seem wildly inappropriate. Keep in mind, this is the daughter of the guy that decided it was a strategic move to start his opening statement with a distasteful knock-knock joke.

Barbershops Busted Selling Coke
In these barbershops, a buzz costs extra.
Undercover cops bought nearly $45,000 worth of cocaine during an 18-month investigation from two barbershops in the Bronx and Brooklyn, where workers offered blow along with trims, shaves and fades, authorities said Thursday.
The drug-slinging shavers even gave one undercover cop a haircut as he waited for his dope, according to the NYPD and city special narcotics prosecutor.
Most of the undercover buys allegedly took place inside the Noel Barber Shop & Unisex on E. 138th St. in Mott Haven.
Undercover cops caught employees selling cocaine out of a barbershop in the Bronx and a shop in Brooklyn. Owner Noel Peralta, 37, peddled his product with help from barbers Jose Fernandez, 22, and Carlos Sanchez Galan, 19, police said. A fourth man, Francis Quezada, 29, was a deliveryman, officials said.
When Peralta was running low, sources said, he hooked undercover cops up with his alleged supplier, barbershop owner Jose Cruz, 46, in Cypress Hills.
Master P Says He'll Release His Upcoming Album Through Verizon
Hov's unprecedented "Magna Carta Holy Grail" deal with Samsung has sparked the interest of other label owners, including Master P, who has an album dropping sometime soon. P is considering putting the technique to use himself, this time with Verizon.
"To be honest with you, I think it's genius to partner up with a technology company," said Master P. "I'm working on my album right now and hopefully Verizon will call me real soon. My next record, I'll drop it through them and do it at a football game or something."

Lil Scrappy to Lecture Young Adults on Drug Use & Consequences
Reality star rapper Lil Scrappy wants to be a role model. The Atlanta artist dodged jail time by going to rehab for marijuana, and now that he's out, he wants to share his sobriety story with teens. After completing the 30-day program, Scrap claims he's truly a changed man.
Scrappy was still on probation when he allegedly failed a drug test, and was faced with either serving the rest of his probation time in jail, or going to rehab. He went to rehab, and now wants to share his unique experiences with the young world.
"I feel really blessed to have had the opportunity to address the reasons for my addictions," Lil Scrappy told RumorFix. "I took my treatment very seriously and met the challenges presented to me. I'm a changed man for the better. Kids need to know the consequences of their actions. The kids can learn from my mistakes along with my road to recovery."

Gilbert Arenas Busted With 100 Pounds of Illegal Fireworks
Gilbert Arenas' patriotic spirit has landed the ex-NBA great in hot water, as he was busted by cops early Thursday morning with a truckload of illegal fireworks, according to TMZ.
Law enforcement sources say Arenas was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol around 2:30 a.m. in L.A. for speeding in a Ford pickup, at which point cops discovered the vehicle was loaded to the brim with fireworks, sitting in plain sight in the bed and cab of the truck.
There was such a large quantity of fireworks -- 100 pounds, to be exact -- that the LAPD bomb squad was called to handle the load.

Steve Stoute Rehashes Altercation With Diddy
Famed music executive Steve Stoute, who's been credited with the marketing genius behind Jay-Z & Lady Gaga's major success, chopped it up with Business Insider to talk about his rise to the top and previous altercation with Diddy. As legend goes, Diddy marched into Stoute's office and struck him with a champagne bottle for not editing him getting nailed to a cross out of Nas' "Hate Me Now" video.
"We got in a fight when we were kids, and it's funny that it still comes up, years later. We were millionaires at 26 years old."
Stoute also weighed in on why he thinks so many athletes and entertainers lose all their money.

Robber Posts Pics of 2 Chainz's ID & Credit Card on Instagram!
2 Chainz has been trying to defend his honor by denying he was robbed when gunmen ran up on him and his crew while in San Francisco. Chainz denied being robbed for his chain or any other items, and went as far as to post "Rules 1-3" on what happens when a rapper gets robbed and how pics of what was taken usually are posted online. However, it would appear as though something was taken from him, as the alleged gunman, or one of his associates, posted a picture of 2 Chainz's ID and credit card on Instagram.
The man in question goes by the name "lilg04" on Instagram, and is claiming that Chainz did in fact get his pockets tapped, and showed proof that he has 2 Chainz's belongings.
Patriots Drop Aaron Hernandez in Light of Murder Investigation
New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was dropped on Wednesday morning from the New England Patriots in light of the murder investigation currently plaguing the athlete. The announcement was made less than two hours after Hernandez was arrested at his home.
Police have searched the athlete's home several times after the body of Lloyd Odin, 27, was found about a mile away from Hernandez's home. Odin's death has been ruled a homicide, but Hernandez has yet to be named a suspect.
The Patriots released a statement, saying, "A young man was murdered last week and we extend our sympathies to the family and friends who mourn his loss. Words cannot express the disappointment we feel knowing that one of our players was arrested as a result of this investigation."
They continued, "We realize that law enforcement investigations into this matter are ongoing. We support their efforts and respect the process. At this time, we believe this transaction is simply the right thing to do."

Breezy Accused Of Shoving Lady
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA – A 24-year-old California woman says that she made need surgery after being assaulted by Chris Brown on Saturday night.
Deanna Gines told TMZ that Brown deliberately “shoved her to the ground” while she was in the VIP section of the Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim.
Brown had performed at the club earlier in the evening.
Anaheim police confirmed to TMZ that someone at the club did file a police report for assault, but would not disclose details about the case.
According to Gines, doctors have said she has torn ligaments in her right knee.
On the way home from a pre-Grammy’s party in 2009, an argument between brown and then-girlfriend Rihanna turned into a violent assault.
A photo later released by TMZ showed that Rihanna’s face had suffered a horrific beating at the hands of Brown.
Brown eventually pleaded guilty to felony assault and was sentenced to five years probation and one year of domestic violence counseling.
“I did my 52 weeks of counseling and learned that it’s absolutely wrong,” the singer insisted to NBC’s Matt Lauer earlier this year.
“It was domestic violence counseling, a 52-week program.
Every Monday in Virginia, you know, I remember going and, you know, just sitting in there and just like, you know, why did I do what I did?”
“And you’re sure it would never happen again?” Lauer pressed.
“Absolutely,” Brown laughed.
Flo Rida Ordered To Pay Jump Off
MIAMI, FLORIDA – Miami rapper Flo Rida looks like he may have to start digging deep into his pockets to provide finances to a woman and child he recently denied being the father to.
Flo Rida’s baby mama is demanding the rapper fork over some dough for his kid … the very same kid Flo adamantly DENIED fathering — but now we know the truth.
The Florida Dept. of Revenue filed legal docs in connection with Gloria Holloway’s request for child support from Flo — real name Tramar Dillard — for Gloria’s two-year-old son.
As TMZ previously reported, Flo denied knocking up Gloria … and even claimed he took a paternity test that came back negative — but according to the new docs, the court has ALREADY established paternity. (TMZ)
Despite the initial perception, further reports suggest Flo may actually be the boy’s father.

A MUSIC festival no-show will prove costly for US rapper Flo Rida, who has been ordered to pay organisers more than $400,000 after he slept in and failed to perform.
The NSW District Court found in favour of the organisers of the Fat as Butter music festival, who were left more than $50,000 out of pocket when the US rapper didn’t show up for an arranged 60-minute performance slot. (Herald Sun)

Fat Joe Sentenced On Tax Evasion
NEWARK — Rap star “Fat Joe” was sentenced today to four months in prison for failing to pay taxes on more than $2 million of income in 2007 and 2008.
Joe Cartagena, whose hits including “What’s Luv,” earned him millions, admitted in December to failing to file a tax return in 2007 and 2008.
He earned nearly $2.46 million during that time period, he told to U.S. Magistrate Judge Cathy Waldor.
But this wasn’t a case of malice or of the privileged looking to cut corners, said Jeffrey Lichtman, Cartagena’s attorney.
Rather it was a story of a financially illiterate man led astray by wayward accountants.
“He was badly served by his accountants,” Lichtman said after the sentencing.
“He’s not a sophisticated financial guy.”
Cartagena, 42, has already paid more than $700,000 to the federal government to make restitution.
He owes another $1.6 million, his attorney said.
Cartagena earned millions from his musical performances as well as royalties on his music.
Cartagena left the courtroom without speaking to the press.
The Tenafly resident is the second New Jersey recording star to be sentenced for tax fraud in the last few months.
In May, Lauryn Hill was sentenced to three months in federal prison for failing to pay taxes on millions of dollars in income, Hill handed over more than $970,000 in back taxes and penalties to the federal government and the state of New Jersey.
Lichtman said he wondered why Hill received less time than his client, even though she owed more money and showed less contrition during her federal sentencing.
Lichtman suggested that Waldor was sending a message and making an unfair example of Cartagena because of Hill’s light sentence.
“There is no other explanation for what happened today,” he said.
Waldor also sentenced Cartagena to one year of supervised release and fined him $15,000.

Quite possibly the worst kept secret in professional sports, Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant has officially signed with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Sports, making Jigga Man himself Durant’s agent – or at least- that’s the perception (Leon Rose will actually be his ‘agent’).

Charles Ramsey Making Threats?
He’s the man called a hero after helping three missing women get out alive last month from the home of Ariel Castro.
Cell phone video shows Ramsey telling a man taking video of him, ”If you keep doing that, I’ll have you sued.
And I’m gonna pay a Puerto Rican to put a bullet in your head.”
Ramsey made international headlines the day Ariel Castro got busted for holding three women hostage for years.
Ramsey helped Amanda Berry pry open a door as she broke out.
But last week a man recorded cell phone video of Ramsey at the McDonald’s, East 105 and St. Clair in Cleveland.
That man asked not to be identified because of what happened.
He said, “Shocking. I didn’t think he’d come off that way. I was in shock he’d say he would pay someone to blow my brains out.”
The video shows Ramsey chatting like a rock star and posing for pictures. Then that encounter.
The man with the camera followed Ramsey to the McDonald’s counter saying, “Man saved the girls.” Then Ramsey turned to him and said, “If you keep doing that, Ill have you sued. And I’m gonna pay a Puerto Rican to put a (then he makes a gesture that implies a gun shooting a bullet) in your head.” The man responded with, “My head? I don’t want you to kill me.”
Ramsey, riding his fame, even represented now by a Las Vegas celebrity speakers firm. The speakers firm spoke for him about the video.
Video Has Rapper Facing Jail Time
An aspiring rapper should have left the camera crew in Brooklyn instead of taking them along on a road trip to Pennsylvania to allegedly peddle drugs.
The reality of the show they videotaped is Michael (Rab) Garrett now faces 10 years to life in prison after an associate was busted during a car stop by Pennsylvania state troopers and ratted him out, according to court papers.
Garrett, the reputed leader of a Brownsville-based crew called Together Forever Mafia, had hired the camera crew in January 2012, which later produced a video entitled “The Team Heads out to Binghamton, N.Y. and Scranton, PA.,” followed by footage of two cars leaving Brooklyn, court papers state.
The video, which was seized pursuant to a federal subpoena, next shows a screenshot of a local newspaper article describing the car stop and arrest of its occupants for possession of heroin called “Monster Mash” and marijuana.
Garrett’s reaction to the bust is documented by an image of him gathering up “piles of cash” and speaking to a lawyer on the phone to determine if he is “sure nobody is talking on nobody,” according to the papers.
Garrett’s lawyer James Lisa said his client’s posturing on the tape is part of his rapper persona and nothing more. “If he’s a drug dealer, I’m a kangaroo,” Lisa said, “because he doesn’t even have enough money to pay me.”
Garrett, 38, was ordered held without bail Thursday.
Police Aggressively Searching For Lil Snupe Murder Suspect
Lousiana police are looking for a 36-year-old man in connection with the murder of 18-year-old rapper Lil Snupe, who was killed earlier this week during an argument over video games.
Snupe, who was making a name for himself as Meek Mill's protege, was shot twice in the chest following the heated exchange. Police are looking for the 36-year-old, Tony Holden, and have an offical warrant out for his arrest. As of yet, they have not been able to locate his whereabouts.
Antoren 'Chief Keef' Bell Fails Carjacking Due to Stick Shift
Cops in Escambia County, Florida busted Antoren Bell, aka "Cheif Keef", on May 18 following an attempted robbery that failed because the would-be car thief couldn't drive a manual transmission vehicle.
Police said Bell and two others flagged down their victim along a highway while posing as hitchhikers. When the woman stopped, police say Bell pulled a gun and force the lady out of the car and got in.
The 19-year-old soon realized the car was a stick, and ditched the vehicle after unsuccessfully trying to make his getaway. Bell was later fingered in a police line-up and has been charged with vehicle theft, robbery and criminal mischief.

According to TMZ, LeBron James and his fellow Miami Heat buddies downed more than 200 bottles of bubbly during their post-Finals victory party.
The team reportedly destroyed 100 rare magnum bottles of Moet Ice Imperial during the locker room celebration, and then another 100 bottles of Dom Perignon at STORY nightclub.

Amazon Announces Xbox One Release Date, No Word From Microsoft
Online retailer Amazon.com is claiming to know the release date of the upcoming Xbox One console, despite Microsoft making no official announcement. According to Amazon, the Xbox One will hit shelves in the USA on November 27.
"This item will be released on 27 November, 2013," said Amazon.
In addition to a release date, Amazon also posted several games that will apparently launch with the console, including Forza Motorsport 5, Dead Rising 3 Day One Edition, and Kinect Sports: Rivals Day One Edition.
One curious thing about the Xbox One release date is its relationship to its biggest rival. The Playstation 4 is set to be released on November 13, two weeks before the Xbox One.
Rival Player Puts Serena On Blast
As you’ll recall, Serena Williams found herself in hot water earlier this week after an article in Rolling Stone was posted and contained Serena making ill-advised comments about the Steubenville case where a young lady was raped.
In case you didn’t hear about it, Serena questioned why the young lady was drunk and why she “put herself in that position.”
She came across as a rape apologist but later apologized for being misquoted.

A.I. Must Pay $71K Or Go To Jail
Yesterday, Fulton County Superior court judge Bensonneta Tipton-Lane (the same judge who presided over Usher Raymond’s custody case) held former NBA star Allen Iverson in Contempt of Court for violating an earlier custody and support order in which he was supposed to fork over $40,000 to his ex-wife Tawanna Iverson as well as enroll in a substance abuse class as a condition of his visitation with his children.
On cross-examination by attorney John Mayoue who represents Tawanna Iverson, Iverson admitted that he told her that he had no intention of paying her child support despite the fact that he had just received $462,460.24 and thus had the ability to pay.
With those words from his mouth, Judge Lane held him in Contempt of Court and ordered him to pay a total $71,000.00 within 72 hours otherwise she directed the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office to place him under arrest and keep him in jail until the payment is made.
Pastor Caught At Airport With Gun
ATLANTA —A metro Atlanta pastor accused of trying to board a flight with a weapon could face civil penalties as well as jail time.
William Henry Murphy III is pastor of the Dream Center Church of Atlanta.
Murphy had a 9mm Taurus handgun loaded with 10 rounds of ammunition in his carry-on bag as he placed it in the X-ray machine at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, according to Atlanta police.
Channel 2’s Tom Jones watched as Murphy appeared in Clayton County court on unauthorized possession of a weapon charges.
Murphy is a well-known pastor and gospel artist who just days ago was elevated to the office of bishop.
He’s the 47th person this year accused of carrying a weapon through a security checkpoint.
Jones tried to get Murphy’s side of the story but his wife, Danielle, had no comment.
Murphy does have a license to carry a firearm but he would have to check his weapon before going through security if he wanted to take it with him during his flight.
In addition to a $2,500 bond he could face civil penalties up to $7,500.
Passengers at the airport told Jones they wondered what he was thinking.
“I think anybody who attempts to bring a gun on a plane after 9-11 is not OK,” one traveler said.
Some travelers don’t buy the excuse that someone would forget a weapon in their bag.
“I don’t see how you would forget that you had that type of weapon in your luggage,” a man told Jones.
Lesbian Sex Bathroom Brawl
UPPER DARBY, PENNSYLANIA - Two women were allegedly attacked and beaten by a group of people outside a McDonald’s restaurant in Pennsylvania after being kicked out for allegedly having sex inside the women’s bathroom.
The Daily Mail reported that the confrontation began Thursday afternoon, after customers at the Upper Darby restaurant complained to management that they saw two women entering the bathroom together.
Upper Darby Police Superintendent Mike Chitwood told KYW-TV that the manager entered the restroom and found the women “engaged in some type of sexual activity,” at which point he asked them to leave.
“Everybody should do their own thing,” Chitwood told the Philadelphia Inquirer.“But doing it at 5 o’clock in the afternoon in a McDonald’s bathroom – whether you’re female and female, female and male or male and male – what the f*ck?”
But Chitwood told KYW that while making their way out, the two women began arguing with seven other diners, with at least one person using a homophobic slur against them.
Some of the customers then followed the women outside, where the attack began.
Police told the Inquirer that one of the women was stabbed in the shoulder by a 40-year-old woman in the group of attackers who had two children with her.

School Lifts Afro Puff & Braid Ban
The Lorain Horizon Science Academy in Ohio is facing heat from the natural hair community after a copy of a letter to parents that included a ban on afro puffs and ‘small twisted braids’ was posted online.
The letter details changes to the dress code for the upcoming school year and includes the line:
Afro-puffs and small twisted braids, with our without rubberbands, are NOT permitted.
It’s unclear what the administration means by small twisted braids, but if they are referring to box braids they are banning a protective style that black girls have worn for generations.
Afro-puffs are essentially the black version of the ponytail (when pulled back our hair puffs out instead of laying down), and yet the rules do not have a ban on ponytails for students of other ethnicities.
It’s unspecified whether this ban applies to both male and female students, or male students alone.
The dress code restrictions highlight an age-old struggle that naturals face from both within and outside of the black community.
Our hair is viewed as radical, funky or unruly in its natural state, and restrictions are sometimes placed on us in academic and professional settings that do not extend to our non-black counterparts.

Matt Kemp is currently on the disabled list, and he's soaking up the relaxing amenities of Tamar Braxton's former mansion for a cool $30,000 a month. According to TMZ, Matt signed a one-year lease on the 11,700 square foot mansion from the new owner, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Carlton Gebbia.

Flavor Flav's Chicken Restaurant Officially Evicted
Flavor Flav's Fried Chicken & Ribs has been evicted from its last remaining location in Sterling Heights, Michigan, according to TMZ.
The eviction order was stuck to the door today following a legal battle between Flav's business partners and the landlord, who sued them earlier this month over more than $20,000 in unpaid rent.
Sources tell TMZ that cops arrived this morning to boot out the staff and change the locks on the doors.
Flav's business associates claim they didn't pay rent because of a broken heating unit on the property, which was allegedly putting out carbon monoxide.

Snooki and former "Jersey Shore" co-star Jenni "JWoww" Farley attended the TrevorLIVE event Monday night promoting The Trevor Project's anti-bullying and suicide prevention campaign.
"Me and Jenni weren't exactly the best role models, but now that I'm a mom," the 25-year-old, who has a 10-month-old son with her fiance Jionni LaValle, said at the event in New York. "I'm so grateful for The Trevor Project to support the LGBT youth so they have someone there for them because I'm praying I have a gay little boy one day."
