Nicki Minaj Discusses Difficulties Of Being On "American Idol"
Recently, Young Money rapper and newly acquired "American Idol" judge Nicki Minaj recently spoke on some of the sticking points of her new role as judge on the popular singing program. Aside from her shaky relationship with fellow judge Mariah Carey, Nicki discussed how her new responsibilities have changed a average day in her life.
"They're very long days," explained Nicki. "I'm not really used to having to show up somewhere at a specific time."
She goes on to further explain that her new job forces her to be in less control than what she's normally used to.
"I kinda been my own boss for a few years, so this is like adding discipline back in my life. This is adding that strict regime of having to do something. Everybody's affected by what I do."

Dwight Howard Awarded With "Dwight Howard Day" In LA
Dwight Howard's presence alone seems to have been enough to earn him his own day in Los Angeles. November 14th has officially been declared as "Dwight Howard Day." Hopefully he won't let L.A. down. Snoop Dogg was present when Dwight was awarded with his own day.
Curren$y Reveals The First Thing He Bought When He Got Rich
When those aspiring to make it big in life make their dreams a reality, they can't wait to congratulate themselves with that first major purchase after receiving that first check. It serves as a reward to that person and perhaps a look at better things to come in the future. Rapper Curren$y reveals and discusses the first thing he bought when he became rich.
"An air mattress," Curren$y revealed. "I knew I had this condo situated prior to the check clearing, so [the condo is] not really what I got when I got rich. All that was already set up. Once said money was there, once they were like, 'Mr. Franklin, your funds are available,' the first thing I bought was an air mattress."
Spitta says he purchased the king size air mattress for right around $79 from a Walgreens on Canal Street. He placed it in the trunk of his Ferrari and proceeded to enjoy his new mattress and condo.

Jason Derulo Cancels World Tour After Neck Injury
Sadly, Jason Derulo was rehearsing for his upcoming World Tour that was supposed to kick off on February 23rd when he was practicing a flip routine and landed directly on his head. He was rushed to a local hospital in Miami, where he currently resides, and has suffered an acute fracture to his vertebra.
Doctors told the R&B crooner that the accident could have left him paralyzed, thankfully he has been released from the hospital but must wear a neck brace for the next few months.
