In an effort to curb the alarming high rate of
high school aged students that have been diagnosed with sexually
transmitted diseases, twenty-two high schools in Philadelphia
All students will be able to get some of the
free condoms unless their parent opted out of the program (the kids are
having sex make no mistake about it, if you signed that paper opting out
open your eyes, get a sharpie marker for that form and get to consenting!)
It’s all lollipops and bubble gum until your
child pops up with the belly or fiery crotch! Be Proactive!
