Miley Cyrus just simply can't stop. The "We Can't Stop" singer was out in Las Vegas on Sunday September 22nd after her iHeartRadio Music Festival, enjoying the nightlife in every way. She posted picture on her Twitter account which documented the festive Vegas moments which included her spending time with a small monkey named Don inside of a party, holding a wallaby, and twerking/riding on a person dressed in a fuzzy red outfit that looks like a particular Sesame Street character.
