There are conflicting reports over whether the Walmart were inside the store or outside.
Reflector.com reports that two men approached responding police, one telling them his daughter had been shot, the other saying his nephew had been shot.
In the video above, Alex Freedman, reporting for 9 On Your Side, says that the suspect is described as a “black male, dressed all in black, and wearing a bulletproof vest.” Witnesses who were in the Wal-Mart parking lot saw him shooting “indiscriminately.”
Reflector.com reports that residents living behind the Walmart reported hearing about a dozen shots.
Witnesses tell WITN they saw a man shot “multiple times” 50-60 feet from the front door of the Walmart.
